Organic Ring (new breach ring base) cannot roll any resistance types?!

Despite the wording "cannot roll modifiers of non-physical damage types", it cant be crafted with targeted harvest "reforge chaos" for chaos resist.
This is the same for reforge cold/fire/lightning.
Tried with multiple bases, non work.

This is either very poorly described on the implicit, or a bug.

Please let us know, if this is intended.

This is intentional, veiled modifiers and recombs are not affected by meta modifiers.

Well that's wrong. It can't _roll_ modifiers of other types but you definitely can get them.
