Cannot Enter Mine Encampment

I died in Hardcore Keepers of the Flame. Now in normal Keepers league I cannot enter Niko's Mine Encampment. I'm supposed to finish the Act 4 quest "Niko's Fuel," but when I talk to him and click "Visit Mine Encampment," I get a message that says "You do not have the required quest state." I already searched the Mines Level 1 and 2 trying to activate Niko but there was no vultaxic sulphite.

Having the same problem.
Edit: If you run a map with a sulphite scarab you can complete the Niko quest and then it seems to work again. Last edited by Arahman#0048 on Nov 6, 2025, 6:19:11 AM

I am having this exact same issue, only difference is I died in Keepers HC SSF and got the bug when I got migrated to Keepers SSF.
Tried finding Niko/sulphite in the mines, tried entering from talking to him and by teleporting, I get invalid quest state either way. Haven't found any sulphite yet in maps either. Got to hope I get a sulphite scarab soon I guess. So is your face.
