Whispers of Infinity is not work for Bladefall of Trarthus

When I wasn't equipped with Whispers of Infinity, Bladefall of Trarthus consumed 120 blue points per second; On the contrary, when I equip it, it consumes 2,000 energy shield points per second!

I think he should consume 120 energy shields after equipping them.At least that was the case in version 3.26.

i can confirm that this happens to me as well. i played this in 3.26 already, and this is 100% a bug!

I'm having a similar situation to this. I have a Grace gem inside a March of the Legion boots (Divine Blessing Support). I also have CI. Each time I cast Grace, it costs me almost my entire ES pool! It didn't work this way during 3.26.
