Cannot access trade market

Im on the PS5 & everything seemed to work fine till today. I could trade with any platform anytime. But since today I've been getting an error saying "your account must be in game to use this character" while I'm in game on my PS5.

I've looked for solutions everywhere but can't seem to find an answer. I am currently unable to trade. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have a secondary account, i thought that was causing issues but nothing seems to work the way it should be right now.
