Genesis tree Passive points

I have noticed that I am missing some passive skill points for the Genesis tree, even tho I've done all of the new content (and gone over the list of passive points on the wiki).

I've killed It That Was Tul and It That Was Esh multiple times now but nothing is updating.

I also still have the quest for hiveborn parts, but haven't dropped one since day 1 of this league.

I just want to know if it's bugged, or am i missing something (and if so, what).
