When will the horrible performance and 5-10 minute loading screens and infinite shader loading be addressed?

I'm loading 5 minutes into my hideout and just lost to the pirate boss because his attacks won't load and I didn't know where his tornado's are gonna spawn. Why do we have 3-5 minutes loading screens if all attacks aren't even loaded. How am I supposed to try out the new uber bosses... I guess I just can't even though my build would allow me to.
Shader Bar is constantly full. Game does not remember what it has loaded before (example lab trials in map. Portal and structure around it was missing for also around 5 minutes even though I have seen the in previous maps.) |

" get a good pc |

" People with high-end PCs are also having problems. Its the game that's completely bricked and can't load shaders properly. And not everyone has 5000$ to spend on a streamer PC. This game ran perfectly fine in 3.26 for me and this 1 patch made it an unplayable mess. Its on GGG to optimize their own game. |

" Sick bait bro. This issue only started this league, I spent an unwise amount of cash on my PC and I'm having serious load time issues as well. |

" nice troll even a new pc at 5000$ have pb... |

" It's the other way around; the game needs a core overhaul. The current inconsistencies stem from the creation of Path of Exiles 2, where they implemented changes to the engine's core. They neglected that aspect, and people are constantly complaining about it. Even with a 9090, the game has these disastrous discrepancies; it even consumes up to 16GB of RAM. Not even GTA dared to go that far. The problem is always the same: companies focus on making the game "better" and end up neglecting the area where they say, "Hey, this makes it run better." This leaves low-end users unable to play, mid-range users complaining, and high-end users frustrated by a spike. If your audience is all gamers, do something for everyone, not just a few. You can spend some time on the technical issues forums and you'll find around 7,000 posts. Remember that Poe was created in a garage and has gradually improved, but also worsened in this aspect. For me, they're at the point where they let everything run until it breaks down and only then do something to change it. It's also a matter of the studio's priority in developing each layer of the game. But they "forget" about the average player. Besides, it's funny when you think about it: the game deals with a huge number of effects, mobs, and powers that generate a massive FPS imbalance if you take advantage of them, especially in this league where they fight over who belongs to a Harry Potter house. Because of this, streamers or people with a good audience laugh at this, saying things like, "You run like garbage if you don't use an 'MTX'." To make matters worse, they don't have staff for this in their support section :p |

things should improve one day :)
read that where is our money ? Tencent's net profit for the last three months of 2024 reached 51.3 billion yuan (€6.5 billion), up 90% year-on-year, according to a statement published on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website. |

Not sure if it was this hot fix, or a GPU driver update; but my hideout load time improved to about 15-20 seconds (vs 80 yesterday). Still not as good as the maybe 5 it took last league (and the shader bar is still maxed), but it's a lot more playable.
Edit, yesterday I tried increasing my shadar cache to unlimited in nvidia control panel; but unless that was a very delayed payoff it had little or no effect. Did you ever see history portrayed as an old man with a wise brow and pulseless heart, weighing all things in the balance of reason? Is not rather the genius of history like an eternal, imploring maiden, full of fire, with a burning heart and flaming soul, humanly warm and humanly beautiful?
