DX12 the problem with the capture in OBS in patch 3.27

Everything was fine before the patch, there were 0 problems.
After the patch is released, just a black screen.
I've tried everything, both the admin mode and the reinstallation.
nothing helps.
It works in DX11 and Vulkan, but my game works much worse in these modes.
