No rewarded Graftblood on breach completion (multiplayer)

While doing multiplay with my friend, I encountered an issue where while being the subordinate party member, if either me or my party leader adjusted our graft-hands, the subordinate party member would not receive graftblood from either of the non-hive breach events. Hive seemed to work fine. Restarting the client fixed the issue. Repeatable.
