Provisioning Wombgift won’t consume Graftblood
|
When I socket a Provisioning Wombgift into the Equipment Item Womb, clicking “Consume Graftblood” does nothing. No items are birthed, no animation or error. Other wombgift types (Lavish/Ancient/Growing/Mysterious) all work normally.
I've tried respeccing, relogging and using different copies of Provisioning Wombgift. I only got it to work once in the past 12 hours where a single ring dropped while I was specced into 5000% increased chance for gloves+boots, which seems weird. Last bumped on Nov 5, 2025, 2:14:13 AM

Fixed, had to refund the whole tree to make it work.

It happens due to the way they designed the system. The first step of making an item seems to be picking the type of item it will be: armor, weapon, jewel, quiver, jewelry. This respects the 400% base item increases or the 5000 for jewels and quivers during the first step. It's very likely here it picks either an armor piece or a weapon since those are the bulk of the item pool. Then it goes through the culling process of the %85 less chance for birthed equipment to have dex, str, and int requirements if you have any selected. Because of the high item level each base type will have less and less items of that specific base in the pool, and if that pool is equal to 6 or lower and all the less chance are selected, then the pool becomes 0.15*6=0.9 item bases to choose from which gets rounded to 0 resulting in to items being created. A way to fix this is have a minimum of 7 bases to pick from for each base type, or have a condition the pool can't go below 1. Hope this helps!
Also, be aware, if you make it 1, it will be very likely that only the highest base of str, int or dex will drop, since hybrids will be affected by another multiplicative 85% less will be very unlikely to drop. Last edited by vialii3#1154 on Nov 5, 2025, 2:22:06 AM
