Intel arc b580 performance problem

In previous leagues I only had low performance on heavily juiced maps, but now I can’t even run normal maps. Even on the lowest settings, FPS drops to 10 in regular maps. Vulkan performs much worse.I’ve tried everything Upscale modes NIS FSR XeSS and even lowered the render resolution down to 67%. by the way all my drivers updated and rebar enable.
