Fixed My Shaders Issues / Loading Time on town such high gate

Hi forum,

Windows -> System -> Display -> Graphics -> Custom
check if PoE is listed if not add the .EXE and set to High Performance.
Restart the Game if not working, The PC.

I research for the last 3 days how to fix it, has it was taking up to 5mins on high gate with no solution.

Deleting Cache, switching to vulkan and a bunch of other tutorials.
I've done them all. Yet it didn't fix it at all.

For me this one wasn't set. The exe wasn't added as custom.
After i've done it's working perfectly.

Hope i can help someone with this.

+1 this, i did this with both .exe's for steam as i didn't know which one steam used and it helped a ton
