insane lags / graphical artifacts

Hello, this has not happened before, but in this league, every time absolutely randomly, my fps drops to the value of 1-10 and the graphics turns into mashed potatoes when I change location it can be fixed by itself or not.
suppose I have lags in Crystal Veins and when I go to Daresso Dream I fix everything, come back and no lags, come back again to Daresso Dream and lags appear again.
I have attached screenshots below that show that everything can be fine in some locations, but not in others.
P.S.
I tried to change Render Resolution it did not help at all, and I think that the problem is not in the video memory, because before there was no such thing and only appeared in the new league, it does not matter if there is a new mechanics breach in instance or not.

today I tried playing on the Steam client and, oh miracle, the lags are gone.

I have the exact same problem on DX12. Opening the stash, inventory, settings or any window that occupies part of the screen (and pushes main part of the screen) is in particular likely to cause this. No amount of waiting in the area fixes this, only re-entering it and only sometimes.



Additionally, not only the performance drops while models and textures are low - which doesn't make any sense - opening fullscreen menus like Genesis Tree or passive skills menu with this bug drops the game to actual 1-5 fps until they are closed.

DX11 has abysmal performance and Vulkan randomly freezes the game for 2 minutes and then disconnects you to the login screen due to inactivity. This league is hell in terms of performance. Glad I didn't purchase any MTX beforehand, this is unplayable.
