Rate-limiting is active for your account

Hi,

In the past, I've encountered issue with poe trade due to large amount of requests in a short time (such as loading dozens of tabs by restarting the browser and restoring the previous session).
It means that upon making a new search, I would get a message telling me to wait X seconds.

What I have been encountering of late doesn't impact normal searches at all.
I can use the site normally.
But when I try to start a live search, I get the red message :
Live Search Error
Rate-limiting is active for your account

Meaning my live searches don't work at all.
I am aware there is a limited amount of live searches that can be used at once. maybe 10-20 ?
But I cannot even use 1.
I do not know how I triggered that since I don't believe I have used even 10 active live search since the new league.
I believed it could be because I was using a VPN but it's not it.
It's not even my IP because I can do live search with a different account.
It's just this account.

That's a huge problem already, but another issue I have is that I have no indication of how long it will last. I have read on reddit that's it's 24h (which is ridiculous) but I can't even tell.
For all I know every time I check, I am making it worse.

So please, let me know how long this live search ban is going to be in place, why it happened, and how I managed to get it without having issue with normal searches.

You'll be given an email address to contact after using the /verify chat command in-game.
