Server latency issues / rollbacks / routing problems [EU]

Latency, rollbacks and general routing problem are still making it IMPOSSIBLE to play the game.

It either rolls back the entire map or bricks it with pings that range from 30ms to 30.000 ms (unplayable).

A VPN won't solve the issue either - once the instance is created (map) you simply can't do anything to it anymore, rendering the instance unplayable.

WHEN will this be fixed?
