Sound effects muted

I have music, ambient sound, and dialog sound. I don't have any sound effects, chat alerts or item filer alert sound. I have tried reseting audio levels but nothing works.

If you're on the Xbox one this issue is on going since August I think and still no fix. It's not even on known issues page.

Im using the gen one. In 3.26 it was normal, but after the 3.26.0f update, only the sound effects disappeared…

Can confirm this issue has been ongoing since August. Xbox One X.
New league update is the first time I've heard sound effects, but they go away once you're around enemies. |
