FPS Capped at 60

My my Fps is cappt at 60.


CPU Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-9900K CPU @ 3.60GHz

GPU AMD Radeon RX 7800 XT

RAM 32 GB

Fps is set to 144 and dynamic Resolution is Disabeld i cant set it higher than 60.
