Atzoatl map device not showing how many portal left.

HELP!!!!!Atzoatl map device microtransaction i bought is bugged. not showing how many portals left also portal's color become black not red anymore. when you remove it and place it again it was red color and then it went dimmed real quick. please help!!!!! this is my fav map device i have been using for several patches it is really bothering me cuz i cant see how many portals left.

HELLLPPPP!! the whole animation of the map device is also gone!!! the animation of it rotating after using portal is not showing too. im cryyyingg dear GGGGGGGG helllpppp

It was working last league, something probably broke when they added another single-portal map device in the supporter packs.

Day 3 asking GGG to fix my portal. Please GGG i cant play without this portal!!!!help!!!!!!

This was fixed but now the recent patch broke it again
