DX 12 crashing

Exactly the same issue as POE 2. How much longer before you actually fix it? It has been nearly 12 months now and the issue still occurs. Your catch before crashing work around, generally ends up with the player dying or being overwhelmed before the screen relaunches. It happened on my older RTX4080 system, and it is now happening on the RTX 5090 system. No fix in nearly 12 months, really!
