Abyss Bug with amount spawned

Using my second atlas with nothing allocated.

1x abyss scarab 2x multitudes and 1x edifice.

Also used map device craft for abyss.

Only had 1 abyss spawn in my map

I also had an issue with not enough abyss spawning
On a Dunes map
Had 2x abyss scarabs, 1x profound depth, 1x edifice and the abyss map craft
map mod said "4 additional abyss" on top of i assume the atlas tree one, so could have been 5
only got 2 abyss total

Had another different abyss bug: Bug Report ID: #2,100,098,802
Fully cleared every mob that spawned quickly, and no chest, spire or depths spawned
I'm almost wondering if something in the map is preventing an abyssal depths from spawning like what happened in the past.
