Lag, Lag, Lag and Lag

Let me share you my experience in mapping. I go into the map, 80 ping, i get close to breach, 2k ping spikes every 2 seconds that last 5 seconds, i clear breach, ping goes back to 80, open a new map, 80 ping, Breach, 2k ping, clear breach 80ping.

PoE has had issues with lag for like 2 or 3 leagues now, usually on the EU servers, and im wondering if at this point, is it ever going to be fixed. Dont get me wrong, league starts have been pretty bad in terms of lag usually and it has gotten better in most leagues, but since 2 or 3 leagues ago, there has been a constant problem that hasnt been fixed. Its like having cancer and giving patient pain killers for the pain, but the cancer is still there
