Cant open Eagon memory

I had one memory tear event with Eagon that i didnt finish bf the new league, and now when i talk to him, he has the question mark, but he doesnt show any map to open. i dont know if i'll be able to even find a new tear ever.

EDIT: i was able to find another tear that solve it, it was fine in the end
