Merchant's Tab Upgrade Page Doesn't Load

The "Merchant's Tab Upgrade" page doesn't load. I've changed the browser, logged-out, waited hours but it just doesn't load at all. Infinite loading icon. I've already reached Karui Shores and have about 6 Premium Tabs all owned since 2019 I think.
