Merchant's Tab Upgrade Spins forever

When I try to upgrade my premium stash tabs I purchased before Async trade was released I just get a spinning circle. I tried logging out, using a different browser and using a new private browser window.

Not able to reproduce; tested using Firefox v144.0 on Win11 24H2 26100.4946.

Are they both browsers you use at least semi-frequently? Try one you ordinarily never use and which wouldn't have any addons / extensions installed. Browsers installed by default (e.g. Edge & Safari) can be good candidates for this, or you could always just download a new one to test with.

If that still doesn't work, how many stash tabs do you have that are;

• Not one of the four default free tabs (upgraded to Premium or otherwise), and
• Purchased more than two months ago, and
• Are not Quad tabs, and
• Are not league gimmick-exclusive (e.g. Divination Tabs) ?

I am having the same issues.

I have 12 premium tabs that matches the requirements:

Some other info that might help. I had recently "migrated all" from SSF. I logged in and removed the "Remove Only" tabs for Heist and Keepers of the Flame tabs.

Still getting only a spinning circle.

2nd Edit: I got around this error / issue by using the PoE2 conversion page: https://pathofexile2.com/my-account/manage/merchants-tabs

I used the PoE2 website to convert them instead as suggest by others.
