Very bad connection during League Start

Hi, I have a very very bad connection making the game unplayable right now. A normal speed test shows no issues at all with my ISP. Other friends that play on the same server, Frankfurt, report having no issue at all playing the game right now. I got spikes of up to 20k Latency and as of now I can't join the instance anymore because I disconnect immediately.

P.S: Yesterday everything was fine during my training run

Also I just checked and I can play POE II without any issues as well.
connecting with cable to the router and restarting didn't help either.

After some more trial and error I came to the conclusion that the disconnects are connected to the new league mechanic. when the breach or a fortress is close to the entrance or waypoint of the zone I load in I get disconnected.
