It's been happening for months now

Its been unplayable since last night. Now I can't even complete one instance because either I get 300+ ping, spíkes up to 2k or directly an instance that as soon as I enter I freeze, ping spikes to infinity and I get disconnected.
Sao Paulo has been a TRASH server for YEARS now, FUCKING YEARS. |

+1 Being forced to play on NA servers with 140ms right now because sao paulo is unplayable ( spikes + disconnect )

Yeah, last night.
Strangely this is happening to me in other realms to, like Washington or Texas. its really strange. Some instances are just fine, like it should be (for me its 30ms from Argentina, i have movister [telefonica] as my ISP). And then others are impossible, lag spikes to infinity, instances connection failures. its unplayable. |
