Failed to connect to instance, only with one character

I don't know what to do. I've been trying to get in for an hour.
I've already tried: Changing the network and game settings and restarting the PC. The problem is only with one character who is currently in campaign Act 9. Hopefully someone has an idea. CMD codes: run as admin: ipconfig /release ipconfig /flushdns ipconfig /renew netsh int ip reset netsh winsock reset This helps when entering the Highgate, but if I teleport away, I have the same issue. What happens if you try connecting to a different gateway from normal?
e.g. I usually play on Amsterdam, but if I've issues I sometimes try London GGG do not offer first-party Technical Support.

The same issue occurred with the other gateways. It was working fine for a few hours today, but then I went offline for a few hours. After that, I started having the same issue again.
