Call of Pyre Graft doesnt work on some attack Gems

The call to pyre graft doesn't Seem to proc with leap slam despite it still being an attack. so i tried it with shield charge to see if its because it is a movement skill issues but i can use it on shield charge so im guessing because of the slam tag on leap slam despite it still having the attack tag too, is why it isn't working?

Same for me, does not proc on Leap Slam, Leap Slam of Groundbreaking, or Whirling Blades. Does work for shield charge.
