Stash Tabs

i'm old poe player since many years and i already bought 3 premium stash tabs .. converted only 1 at poe 2 time and now on the new poe 1 update i can't convert other two .. it says 2 avilable one but there is no option to convert them in the Merchant's Tab Upgrade
