I appreciate it. My client did get past the first 75mb patch without a problem and I am currently downloading the 9.21GB patch for Keepers of the Flame. Thank you again. |

Hi, I'm trying to download the windows installer from this website but once the first and quick installation is over, I still get the "getsystemcpusetinformation" error from kernel so I don't even get to the launcher part yet...
I'm on Windows 7. Thanks |

I went to the following link posted by that Hobbitninja#1745 guy : https://github.com/YuZhouRen86/VxKex-NEXT/releases I tried downloading the "KexSetup_Release.exe" only (which isn't the "Next" version ?) After the installation completed, I went to the install folder and launched the "VxKexLdr.exe" with admin rights. It asked me the poe client .exe path (I guess ?) so I gave it there (the poe client was also set up to be started as admin). I haven't checked any of the shown boxes, or added any argument line, just hit run, and it actually work 1st try :D Poe launcher started, downloaded everything, now I'm in game and nothing appears to be broken so far ahah. " Just adding my 2 cents on this: If you are still on Windows 7 in this day and age, you should immediately look to upgrade to Win11 or change to a Linux Distro. Win7 is riddled with vulnerabilities. |
