Eagon missing Originator Map in Standard

When interacting with Eagon Caeserius in Standard and attempting to open the "Originator's Memory of Loneliness" there is no map in the device and it won't let me add a T16 nor a T16.5.

Found this issue on both my account and a friends. We ran low level maps trying to get all our atlas passives back and Eagon appeared. It has you reset going back through his story from low tier. Fixed both of our accounts
