Merchants Tabs

I sent an email to GGG support and they asked me to make a thread here.
So I know we cannot buy merchants tabs in poe 1 site while league is not launch but we can buy in poe 2 site and works for both games. So i tried to buy mines and only show 2 eligible, why? I talked with my friends, many only get 2 too but there is other with 3 with converted tabs. I emptied my tabs in poe 1 and poe 2 too and didnt matter.  Last bumped on Oct 31, 2025, 8:02:22 PM

Hi there, this may be due to the fact that these are older tabs purchased as part of a bundle. Once you convert one of the tabs from a bundle to a Merchant's Tab, and refresh the page, it should update and display the correct amount of eligible tabs.
