I am making a public post as a last resort after exhausting all standard support channels without success.

My Path of Exile 2 account has been permanently "soft-locked" for an extended period. The symptom is an "unexpected disconnection" error upon every login attempt, which also prevents me from using the /verify command to file a proper support ticket.

I have done everything a user can possibly do:
- Full client reinstallation and cache clearing.
- Extensive network troubleshooting (with/without accelerator, different gateways).
- I can log into the website and forums perfectly, proving the issue is a server-side account state problem.

My case has been stuck in a loop between the support forum (where I provided my account ID) and email (which returns automated replies). I have received no status updates for days.

I am now able to reach the character selection screen after entering my credentials. However, upon clicking "Enter" to load into the game world, the "unexpected disconnection" error occurs and returns me to the login screen.

This confirms that the account authentication is successful, but there is a block preventing my entry into the game world itself. This points to a possible character data corruption or an issue with my account's permissions on the world server.

A manual review and repair of my account/character data on the backend is required.

[FINAL EVIDENCE] I was previously able to enter the game and play for several hours by renaming the client file (adding .exe), which bypassed the error. However, this method broke trade macro functionality. This proves that my character and connection to the game world are intact.
