Mtx for older or less popular skills

Can we get more mtx for less popular or older skills like reave only has 1 mtx and it looks like its from the start of the game, infernal blow doesn't even have one. It doesn't have to be insane new ideas just put the celestial effect on them or something already in the game. Please and thank you.
