Insane latency up and down all of a sudden

I have had zero issues at the start of the season, havent played for 2 months and just getting back to do some leveling runs and i am getting the worst latency, up and down from 40ms to 400ms every second and it wont stop no matter what i do. went through the technical support documentation to properly get a log. Any ideas? its basically unplayable for me right now :(

You have packet loss starting between your router and ISP. First thing is to do a full power cycle of your router and see if that helps. Run another WinMTR afterwards.
