Harmony of Purpose buff feedback

Hello, very much appreciate the buff to that node, but keeping it at 10 seconds and giving a shrine every 5 seconds would have been better imo. Having to wait 40 seconds to be fully ramped up (with the Gull and atlas nodes) feel bad.
