[Path of Exile 2] Account Soft-Locked - Stuck in "Unexpected Disconnection" Loop

I am writing to report a critical account lockout issue that I am experiencing specifically with **Path of Exile 2**.

**The Core Problem:**
After a sudden IP change (from using a network accelerator), my **Path of Exile 2** account was flagged. While I can verify my identity via email, every attempt to log into the **Path of Exile 2** game client fails with an "unexpected disconnection" error at the end of the loading process. This prevents me from entering the game world entirely.

**(Important: I have never played Path of Exile 1. This issue is exclusively for Path of Exile 2.)**

**The Critical Lockout:**
Because I cannot log into **Path of Exile 2**, I am unable to use the `/verify` command to generate the code required to submit a ticket through the official website support system. This has created a complete deadlock for me.

**My Comprehensive Troubleshooting:**
To rule out any local issues, I have performed a nuclear approach:
1. **Complete Reinstallation:** Fully uninstalled and performed a fresh install of the **Path of Exile 2** Standalone Client from the official website.
2. **Cache Purge:** Deleted all game folders from `%USERPROFILE%\Documents\My Games\Path of Exile 2\` and `%appdata%\Path of Exile\`.
3. **Network Stabilization:** Tested with a stable, wired connection using a network accelerator, locking it to a single node in "Routing Mode" to ensure a consistent IP.

**Conclusion and Request:**
The fact that I can log into the Path of Exile website and these forums successfully, but consistently fail to connect to the **Path of Exile 2** game server, proves the issue is a "soft-lock" on my account's login state specifically for **Path of Exile 2**.

No amount of local troubleshooting can resolve this. My **Path of Exile 2** account requires a manual review and state reset by your technical team.
