100% Failed to connect to instance on 2 instance servers

This is 100% in a few ways. On one of my characters (VentingMyFrustration), if I login through London I get this 100% of the time:

Other characters randomly either have the same behavior or don't have the same behavior. It all depends if they try to connect to 213.163.85.200:6112.

If I logout from my character and try on London again, I get the exact same thing. All of my "cannot connect to instance" have been to one of two, either: 213.163.85.200:6112 OR 5.180.216.238:6112. Here is my trace to these two:

I eventually get hit by one of these two instances even if I continue playing on Frankfurt.

These instances seem to randomly appear in gameplay for me too, as I get random disconnects on location transitions. For example, doing a Lab trial, I got these instances as I was progressing through the trial:
69.41.173.167:6112 (airlock) - fine
23.109.220.223:6112 (room 1) - fine
67.58.99.41:6112 (boss 1) - fine
67.58.99.37:6112 (room 2) - fine
23.109.220.127:6112 (boss 2) - fine
5.180.216.238:6112 (room 3) - cannot connect to instance -> d/c -> failed trial

Any help on how to solve this? Maybe a way for me to just block those two? Since all other instances seem to be fine.

If it's not 213.163.85.200:6112 OR 5.180.216.238:6112 it's fine, even on London.

I'm not a software engineer but I think it'd be nice if instead of a 20s timeout on attempting to connect to an instance server, you'd have a 10s timeout, try to connect to a different instance server.. and if that one fails after 10s, then you disconnect.
Or ping two instances and connect to the one that responds first.

I'm having the same issue on any new character I roll on all of the EU servers but my older characters can play just fine.
