Domination of getting Block for Mapping Content

I realized there is zero resistance getting block for mapping. Get your average defensive build, get your block cap -even with glancing blows + recovery on hit-, map mods are known and you enter map with almost zero expectation block defensive layer is going to fail on enemies groups;

If you stack Armour, you consider "Crush on Hit", so you get some phy to ele conversion.
If you stack evasion, you consider spells.
If you stack life or ES, you consider "Executioner"...

I played Glad and Trickster 30-35k ES with 50k evasion+block. Glad was no brainer in maps. I just entered maps, dealt damage without looking my life bar.
With trickster, only thing fail the build is "block reduction" map mod(I mean not having block).

Blocking is random but most dangerous thing is multiple small hits in maps. Eliminating this problem solves almost all my char deaths.

My suggestion is in maps block need more randomness from monsters;

- A monster modifier that applies debuff "-x% attack and spell block reduction".
- A monster modifier that overwhelms block.
- A monster modifier that disable lucky and unlucky things.

I like how it was in grimdawn. There was I think 3 stats- block chance, how much damage it can block, and block cool down. There were specialized shields with for example good cooldown but bad block HP amount. It's a lot like current ward just with additional stat- chance to not bypass ward.

I think straight reducing block chance will bring a lot of hate. It's reduced physical mitigation map/mob mod all over again. It also feels cheap.
I also liked Grimdawn block mechanics. My suggestions were cheap and not fair because other monster mods were not fair for other defense mechanics. I had 100k Armour + 10 endurance + 5k life JUGG and I almost got one shot from overwhelms rare. If Others are not fair and hated I want block reduction monster debuffs to be same. I came to write this post because I like survivability and at this stage of POE 1, Block is always be my no brainer choice, no need think alternatives(this is bad).
