Prices in standard League

After trying to buy another rar staff for my Cyclone-Slayer in standard league if have to say: what is trading worth today? Lots of staffs with high DPS are bid, but who really pays 200 dev for a slow-moving stock?
There were times with real trading, without being upset if there somebody pays only with c :)
