Ynda's Stand unique belt

GGG im begging you please add Ynda's Stand to the global drop pool or make it drop from the pirate or something. I farmed it for a month on my last SSF run and still didnt get it from running boats. I appreciate having to grind for items I want but this one just seems unreasonable for how used the item is <1% most leagues. I have bought 10 supporter packs, be a bro... bro.

Can it not at least drop from expeditions? Seems that gating Ward gear so narrowly will keep access to that mechanic marginal, at best. ='[.]'=

I think we all know this item will see use this league. Perhaps more people will be running boats to find more of them if they know its worth dealing with.

it is from port quotas, right?

then first port quotas have to be like reduced by 80% or something. current values are INSANE (remember, ore shipments are 99% waste of time and sending ore, you are not sending crops, so the opportunity cost is very, very high)

anything involving mining ore is a waste of time - map encounters give nice XP but assigning a miner is net negative decision

and sadly one belt, helm or what-else-is-there wont make people interact with quotas enough
