(live) Record the disgusting process of communicating with GGG to unlock my account

I'm a diablo fan, that's why I play this game.

Since I changed my address, my account locked when I try to enter the game.
The email I registered for the game is no longer in use.
But I still know my password and can log in to the official web page normally, just can't log in to the game.

I got in touch with GGG via email and told them what happen.
I want to temporarily unlock and then sign in to the game.

I can say that I have encountered GGG's deliberately difficulties!!

This honestly reads like a scam email / someone trying to take over an account.

They told you what they need to prove you are the owner of the account, you don't want to provide that because... reasons... super sus.

I 100% would not give you access to the account if I were them. I would delete all your posts, and even consider banning you from posting further.
