Issue with the Soulcore weapon effect

Hello,

I am having an issue with the Soulcore weapon effect from the Thaumaturge of the Vaal Supporter Pack. I am not sure if this is intentional, but it does not work with Divergence weapons. For example, the effect works with Faridun's Glory Bow Skin from the King of the Faridun Supporter Pack.
