Can we get Purifying Flame and Profane Ground interaction fixed before leaguestart?

Currently, if you use Purifying Flame with profane ground, the secondary shockwave will never trigger, making this skill essentially useless.

This is even worse if you pick Lycia's Bloodline, because it will always trigger profane ground, and you cannot trigger consecrated ground separately.

I know this was intended, but this was 2 years ago, and the game has changed a lot by now.
