Issues on Xbox one

I was hoping for the sound fix when I booted up my Xbox one to do some practice runs but it still exists and on top of that I'm feeling this weird de-sync on monsters. When I get hit or when I hit monsters there seems to be a delay in animation sometimes. Like I got hit and after 1-2 secs the health bar goes down. It's not feeling good to play at this current state of the game. The sound issue has been reported in August and we still don't have a fix for it. Even though there was a staff comment on Aug 18 that they're looking into it but there hasn't been any fixes on the issue. I do own a series X but wanted to league start with my brother. I can only hope we get a fixes before league start.
