Can we change the Replica Badge of the Brotherhood + Champion Fortitude Interaction?

The current interaction between Badge and Fortitude is very unintuitive and makes fort stacking on many melee builds feel really awkward as many of the best fort stacking uniques (celestial brace, perseverance) just end up draining all of your endurance charges in the interaction without significant minimum endurance charge investment or use of ralakeshes for endurance charges. I tried the build last league with celestial and badge and while is was comfortable defensive-wise the offenses felt far to pitiful (even with a negative lightning res merc) for such an obnoxious interaction to be in place between these otherwise synergistic mechanics.
