Twitch Rewards Not Showing in Inventory

I've been keeping up and watching twitch streams for in game drops but they haven't shown up in my games. These are the rewards that I'm missing in game:

When I checked twitch drops and on the website, it says that i got them but they don't show in game. How do i get them to show in game?
