Issue with Account Linking Between Xbox and Steam

Hello,

A couple of years ago, I used to play on Xbox and purchased some cosmetic items there. Later, I continued playing on PC through the Steam client. Recently, I linked my accounts, and in the account management section they appear as connected — my main email is the Primary Login, and Steam is listed as a Secondary Login.

However, the cosmetic items on the two accounts are different. I’ve read that you are able to transfer cosmetic items, but I’m not sure where or how to request this properly. I need to transfer the cosmetic items from this account to my second account.
