Region Price Variation

hi , i live in egypt Which is Mena Region . Which is Considerd a poor country , but we still have to pay full price for bundles on steam ,while Russia and some countries pays only the half
Do you really Consider egypt more rich than russia and some other countries
at this point although i dont need mtx or tabs anymore ,but i will be happy to purchase a bundle every league if it is fair price , no way iam paying full 90 dollars for a bundle , maybe if it is half price will buy both the 90 bundles but as it is iam probably never spending money again in poe
