Bandaid for T17s

As Mark pointed out in the QA theyre willing to put some bandaids on T17s. My biggest painpoint is the low amount/variability of Uber fragments that drop. Playing in a small group, we struggled a bit to get more than a handful Uber attempts each.

With the introduction of the new Ubers and Quant/Rarity changes I fear its gonna get worse this league. I would highly appreciate if T17s dropped always 2-3 fragments rather than 1-2, it would definitely alleviate some concerns regarding T17s

the patch note specifically say that the same number of old fragments should continue to drop. This effectively means you are getting 2-3 now, as you will also get the new fragments.

These new Fragments can be obtained from Tier 17 Map Bossses. The total number of Uber Fragments that drop from these Bosses has been increased such that the total amount of old Uber Fragments you are getting remains unchanged.
