Claimed Hiveborn Crawler twitch drop but it's not showing up in my microtransaction inventory

Hello, I claimed my Hiveborn Crawler pet from the twitch drops and it now says Claimed in my twitch inventory page, but it's not showing up in my in-game microtransaction inventory.

Hi there, could you please try unlinking and relinking you Twitch account, then use the "View Rewards" button using the following link: https://www.pathofexile.com/my-account/connections to refresh your Twitch entitlements, and see if this helps?

I've headed off on a trip and can't log onto poe for a week. My twitch rewards page on this site lists the hive crawler now so I guess I'll see if it shows up in-game after I get back home in a week.
Recently I transferred my account to a different email after recovering it from hackers which booked my ability to import pets into my hideout layouts, which might be related to this. Googled for a similar but different issue and landed on this thread:
Couldn't claim the twitch drop on Firefox (Kept having a long loading wheel, then generic error message and the claim button would remain re-clickable). Using Google Chrome instead for me worked out. (Might be because I have different/no adblock plugins on Chrome.) Not sure if this will help you but hope that helps others who end up here like I did. |

Hi same issue here, reconnected my twitch twice and it did not unlock despite being claimed on twitch drops.

same here. i claimed it 2 days ago and can see it under rewards option, but how do i access it in game?
